ISAAC S. IPINLAYE

He is the Group Managing Director/ Chief Executive is an astute businessman, with over 15years experience in business management. He sits on the boards of several organisations scattered abroad such as Heyett & Associates Limited, Nigeria, Heyett Ghana Limited, Ghana and  Heyett Limited, United Kingdom, Royalfield Processing Industries Limited, Nigeria and many others. An Alumnus of University of Leicester, United Kingdom; he has attended various Management Training and Leadership Strategy Workshops especially in UK and Germany.

DANIEL IPINLAYE, is a Skilled seasoned engineer and committed professional. A versatile manufacturing operation expert with strong determination for increasing profitability; Daniel is a qualified COREN registered Engineer. He currently holds the Technical Director of HEYETT position.

AYOKUNLE ILORI, is a seasoned Electrical/Electronics Engineer with excellent organizational and coordinating skills. A trained business manager with experiences in different aspect of Business Operations; Ayokunle core competence embodies Technical, Finance, Business Applications, and Human Resources.  Currently, Ayokunle manages HEYETT affairs in Ghana and Cameron as the Director.

ADE IPINLAYE is a seasoned administrator. She heads the HEYETT liaison office in United Kingdom.

OLUTAYO BANJOKO is the Company Secretary and Director, Legal Services Division.A graduate of Law (LLB.  Hons) BL from the prestigious University of Ibadan; Olutayo’s Law practice experience has seen him traverse many law firms prominent among which is Messrs. Kehinde Sofola & Co, one of the largest litigation firms in Nigeria, where he acquired considerable experience in debt collection, commercial litigation, security enforcement, debtor/ creditor law, finance and small business operation.

 Olutayo possesses high level of negotiation skill, litigation expertise and in depth knowledge on insolvency matters, bankruptcy code, corporate law, Class Action, subrogation, receivership, Fiduciary litigation, Secured transaction, Foreclosure, Personal Injury and Tort.  He has handled several cases with an outstanding track record of success.

OGUNJEMILUA J. AYODELE, an HND  Lagos State Polytechnic Accounting graduate; is an MBA Finance holder from Ladoke Akintola University.  He is an Associate member of Institute of Charter Economic of Nigeria and a member of Council of Supply Chain Management Professional U.S.A.  
Ayodele has worked with various organizations at very senior management level.  Currently, he is the Group Financial Controller.
